What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. For repairs, we record the device details you give us.

We do not store card or UPI credentials. Payments happen in your own UPI/banking app — we only receive a payment reference number.

How we use it

Your details are used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide repair updates and respond to your questions on WhatsApp or email. We may send occasional service updates about your order or repair.

We never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Data handling for repairs

During diagnostics or data recovery, your files are accessed strictly for the task you asked for and are never copied or shared. If a repair requires wiping storage, we ask for your explicit confirmation first.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept as required for tax and warranty purposes. Support conversations are kept only as long as needed to help you.
