Genuine products only
Every product we sell is 100% genuine, sourced from authorised distributors, and comes with a proper GST invoice. We do not sell refurbished units as new, ever.
Transparent pricing
The price you see is the price you pay — GST included, no hidden charges. Any delivery fee is shown before you confirm the order, and orders above the free-delivery threshold ship free.
Order confirmation
After checkout, send your order details on WhatsApp so we can confirm availability and lock your piece. Payments are verified by UTR; your order status updates on the tracking page.
Delivery
Delhi NCR orders typically arrive within 1–2 days; rest of India in 2–5 working days. You'll receive updates on WhatsApp at dispatch and out-for-delivery.
7-day returns
Unopened products in original packaging and with invoice can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in resellable condition. Excluded: opened software, consumables (ink/toner), and repair services already rendered.
Repairs & service
Diagnosis and an estimate are always free — no work starts without your approval. Repaired items carry a 30-day service warranty on the specific repair performed. Data on devices sent for repair should be backed up where possible; we handle storage with care but cannot guarantee recovery of failed drives.
