Changed your mind? Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery with the invoice. Repairs and installed software are excluded.

Do you sell genuine, sealed products?
Yes — every laptop, desktop and accessory we sell is 100% genuine and sealed, sourced from authorised distributors, with a proper GST invoice and full manufacturer warranty.
Do you repair laptops of all brands?
We repair all major brands — Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer and more. From screens and batteries to motherboard-level chip repairs. Diagnosis and an estimate are always free before any work starts.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most common repairs (screen, keyboard, battery, RAM/SSD upgrade, Windows install) are done same day or within 24 hours. Motherboard-level repairs can take 2–4 days depending on parts.
Can I upgrade my old laptop instead of buying new?
Absolutely — an SSD and RAM upgrade is the most cost-effective way to add years of life to an older machine. We'll benchmark before and after so you can see the difference.
Do you offer on-site support for offices?
Yes. We set up and maintain office networks, printers, CCTV and workstations, and offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for businesses across Delhi. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
